They have been in business for over 10+ years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the design team to transform creative concepts into technically feasible jewelry designs.Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of jewelry pieces.Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical input on the manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of jewelry designs.Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the successful production of high-quality jewelry pieces.Oversee the jewelry manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that finished jewelry pieces meet the desired standards of craftsmanship and aesthetics.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in jewelry design and manufacturing techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, gemologists, and production staff, to ensure seamless workflow and successful product launches.Requirements:Female candidate, maximum 30 years old, to bring diverse perspectives and creativity to the team.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role, demonstrating a strong understanding of jewelry design and manufacturing processes.Bachelor's degree in jewelry engineering, mechanical engineering, or a relevant discipline.Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools used in the jewelry industry.Strong knowledge of jewelry design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.Familiarity with gemstones, precious metals, and their properties.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and craftsmanship.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the jewelry industry.Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and quick adaptation to changing project requirements.
